PROJETO EMPREGA + MULHERES
Since March 2023 companies are required to fulfill a few steps to adequate to program Emprega + Mulheres, which aims to promote and support the employment of women. Among the requirements are the implementation of a structured process to receive and treat complaints related to sexual abuse and other types of violence in the work and the training of all employees of the company. Our team can support on the implementation of the project, with the correct receipt and analysis of the complaints and with the support to CIPA members
